By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by DRIVE-X, GSTIN 07AAZFD2887R1Z4, D-112, 1st Floor, Saket, New Delhi – 110017. Turbothread is a brand of DRIVE-X.

Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Prices and taxes. All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping and COD charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card or bank details.

Products. We show colours and prints as accurately as we can, but they may look slightly different on your screen. Oversized pieces are cut loose on purpose; please check the size chart before ordering.

Customised products. If you add your own text or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not offensive or unlawful. We may decline a customisation request.

Intellectual property. All Turbothread designs, artwork, logos, photos and text on this website belong to DRIVE-X. You may not copy or sell them without written permission. Vehicle names mentioned on our products belong to their respective owners; Turbothread is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered in our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at New Delhi.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
