Privacy policy

DRIVE-X ("we"), which runs Turbothread, collects only the information needed to process your orders and keep in touch with you if you agree to it. We do not sell your data.

What we collect.

•      Name, email, phone number and delivery address

•      Order details: items, sizes, customisation choices and order history

•      Payment status (we never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank details; payments are handled by our payment partner)

•      Basic browsing data through cookies, such as pages visited and device type

How we use it.

•      To process, ship and support your orders

•      To send order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp

•      To send offers and new drops, only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe any time

•      To improve our website and prevent fraud

Who we share it with. Only the partners needed to complete your order: our payment gateway, our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our production partner, and courier partners. Each receives only what it needs. We may also share data when required by law.

How long we keep it. For as long as your account is active or as needed for orders, accounting and legal requirements, then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to info@turbothread.co.in. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
