Shipping policy

Turbothread is a brand of DRIVE-X. We ship across India.

Dispatch time. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items are printed after you order them and dispatched within 3–5 business days. If an order has both, we ship it together once everything is ready.

Delivery time. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer.

Shipping charges.

•      Prepaid orders: free shipping across India

•      Cash on Delivery: available on eligible pin codes, with a COD fee of ₹99 per order

Tracking. Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and WhatsApp.

Address and delivery attempts. Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reship. Reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged parcel. If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please record a video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@turbothread.co.in or on WhatsApp at +91 70117 68275.

International orders. We currently ship within India only.
