Refund policy

We sell two kinds of products, and each product page says which one you're buying:

•      Ready to ship: our regular designs, already made and in stock

•      Made to order: pieces printed after you order, including anything you build or customise

Ready-to-ship items: returns and exchanges.

•      Return for a refund, or exchange for another size or colour, within 7 days of delivery

•      The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached

•      We arrange the pickup. Exchanges are free; for refunds, a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 is deducted

•      The exchange or refund is processed once the item reaches us and passes a quality check

Made-to-order items: size exchange only.

•      No returns for change of mind, because the piece was made for you

•      One free size exchange per item within 7 days of delivery, if unworn, unwashed and with tags attached

•      Items customised with your own text, name or artwork can't be exchanged unless defective

Defective, damaged or wrong item. For any item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@turbothread.co.in or WhatsApp +91 70117 68275, with your order number and photos of the item and its label. We will replace it at no cost, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.

Final-sale items. Items marked final sale on the product page can't be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Cancellation.

•      Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch

•      Made-to-order items can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts

•      To cancel, write to info@turbothread.co.in or WhatsApp +91 70117 68275 with your order number

•      We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the pin code is not serviceable, or payment fails; you will receive a full refund

How to request a return, exchange or replacement. Email info@turbothread.co.in or WhatsApp +91 70117 68275 with your order number, the item and the reason. We reply within 1 business day.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds reach you within 5–7 business days. For returned ready-to-ship items, the ₹100 reverse pickup fee is deducted from the refund.

When you get a refund.

•      You returned a ready-to-ship item within 7 days, or cancelled an order within the cancellation window

•      We cancelled your order (item unavailable, pin code not serviceable, or a payment issue)

•      Your item was defective, damaged or wrong, and a replacement is not possible

•      The size you asked to exchange into is unavailable and you chose a refund

How refunds are paid.

•      Prepaid orders: to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet)

•      Cash on Delivery orders: to your UPI ID or bank account, which we will ask you to share

Timeline. We approve or decline a refund within 2 business days of receiving your request, or of the returned item reaching us. Once approved, your bank or payment provider usually credits it within 5–7 business days.

What is not refunded. The COD fee is not refundable, except when the order is cancelled by us or the item was defective, damaged or wrong.
